By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using KULTURRA, users agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If users do not agree to these Terms, they must not access or use the platform.
Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, have legal capacity to enter binding agreements, and provide accurate registration information.
Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials and promptly reporting unauthorized access or security breaches.
KULTURRA is a cultural networking and discovery platform that may include community interaction, business listings, events, geo location services, reviews, messaging, user generated content, advertising, sponsorships, subscriptions, and AI enabled features.
Users agree not to harass others, engage in fraud, impersonation, copyright infringement, scraping, automated data extraction, illegal conduct, hate speech, or platform abuse.
KULTURRA reserves the right to remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, terminate access, investigate conduct, preserve evidence, and take enforcement action at its sole discretion for violations, fraud, safety concerns, reputational concerns, or platform misuse.
All KULTURRA branding, logos, software, databases, directories, analytics, designs, and proprietary platform materials are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users retain ownership of their content but grant KULTURRA a worldwide, royalty free, transferable license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, promote, and use uploaded content for platform operations and marketing purposes.
KULTURRA does not independently verify the accuracy, legality, authenticity, or quality of businesses, advertisers, or listings appearing on the platform.
Advertisers represent that all advertising content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe intellectual property rights.
Premium memberships, subscriptions, advertisements, and paid services may be subject to additional terms. Fees are generally non refundable unless required by law.
AI generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or limitations. Users assume all risk associated with reliance on AI enabled features.
KULTURRA complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and maintains procedures for copyright complaints, counter notices, and repeat infringer enforcement.
Users may not scrape, extract, mirror, copy, train AI models on, or commercially exploit platform data, listings, or APIs without authorization.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KULTURRA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from platform use.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless KULTURRA and its affiliates from claims arising from user conduct, uploaded content, infringement, or platform misuse.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. Users waive rights to class actions and jury trials where legally enforceable.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
